Safety Rules

At Royale Events, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. To ensure everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable experience with our Royale Mini bounce house, please review and adhere to the following safety rules. These guidelines are crucial for the well-being of all users and the proper care of the equipment.

1. Adult Supervision is Required at All Times

  • For everyone's safety, a responsible adult (18 years or older) must actively supervise the bounce house at all times while it is in use.

  • The supervising adult should be familiar with all safety guidelines outlined on this page and ensure all users follow them.

2. General Bounce House Usage Rules (The "No-Nos")

To prevent injuries and damage to the bounce house:

  • No Shoes, Sharp Objects, or Jewelry: All users must remove shoes, sharp objects (like belts, buckles, toys), and jewelry before entering.

  • No Food, Drinks, Gum, or Confetti: Absolutely no food, drinks, gum, or confetti are allowed inside the bounce house.

  • No Silly String or Sticky Materials: Never allow silly string, slime, glitter, paint, or any other sticky/messy materials near or inside the bounce house. These can cause permanent damage and costly cleaning fees.

  • No Flips, Wrestling, or Rough Play: Aggressive behavior, wrestling, flips, or climbing on the walls or netting is strictly prohibited.

  • No Pets: Keep all pets away from the bounce house.

  • No Moving the Bounce House: Do not attempt to move the bounce house once our team has set it up.

3. User Capacity & Weight Limits

  • The Royale Mini bounce house is designed for children. We recommend a maximum of 2-6 children under 80 lbs each at any given time to ensure safe play.

  • Do not exceed the recommended capacity.

4. Weather-Related Safety

Your safety is paramount, especially regarding weather conditions:

  • High Winds: If winds exceed 15-20 mph, stop using the bounce house immediately and deflate it.

  • Rain & Lightning: If there is heavy rain or lightning, stop using the bounce house immediately and deflate it.

  • Re-inflation: Only re-inflate the bounce house when weather conditions are safe and clear.

  • Please refer to our [Link to your FAQ page, specifically Weather Policy section] or contact us if you have questions about our weather policy on your rental day.

5. Site & Power Requirements

  • Ensure the setup area remains a clear, flat surface (at least 10ft x 10ft) free of rocks, debris, sharp objects, or any uneven ground for the duration of the rental.

  • Ensure continuous access to the dedicated 120v electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house for the blower. Do not unplug the blower while the bounce house is in use.

6. Important Reminders

  • Liability Waiver: A signed Liability Waiver is required for all rentals. We'll send this waiver to you after your booking is confirmed, and it must be signed electronically before your event date. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these safety rules.

  • The person who signed the waiver is responsible for ensuring all rules are followed by users and supervisors.
